Who we are
Costa Rica Outdoors & Waves is a Travel Agency and Tour Operator located in Santa Teresa beach at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. We offer Private Day Trips, Travel Packages and Retreats in Costa Rica, where, nature, adventure, surfing, fishing, hiking, gourmet gastronomy and cultural experiences are the main protagonists.
All our experiences aim for an educational content and for promoting the interaction with nature and the local communities. Costa Rica Outdoors & Waves fulfills the needs of independent travelers, travel agents and hoteliers.
What we offer
In Santa Teresa beach, where we are based, we offer naturalist hikes at Cabo Blanco national park and at Curu wildlife refuge, birdwatching, horseback riding, surf lessons, offshore and inshore fishing, waterfalls, zip line canopy, snorkeling, whale watching, SUP, and a cultural tour in a local farm. Our Retreats main goal is to create transformational experiences and corners of peace for our guests, spaces away from the city sounds and tourist crowds, where people can slow down, rejuvenate and embrace a more harmonious approach to living. Our retreats combine the mountains of Costa Rica with the white sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean. These week-long retreats not only bring relaxation, organic food, yoga, pilates and introspection, they also come with movement, adrenaline and a variety of activities such as hiking, surfing and deep dives into the local culture. Our Destinations
Though relatively small in size, Costa Rica is home to one of the highest levels of biodiversity in the world.
